1. GENERAL INFORMATION

The Operator is the Controller of your personal data with regard to data voluntarily provided on the Website.

 

The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:

  • conducting a newsletter,

  • operating a comment system,

  • handling inquiries via the contact form,

  • providing ordered services.

 

The Website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:

  • through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems,

  • by storing cookies on users’ end devices.

 

2. SELECTED DATA PROTECTION METHODS USED BY THE OPERATOR

Login areas and personal data entry points are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). As a result, personal data and login details entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s device and can only be read on the target server.

 

The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.

The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of: nazwa.pl and webwavecms.com.

 

4. YOUR RIGHTS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON DATA USE

In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations imposed on the Controller. This applies to the following groups of recipients:

  • hosting providers (under a data processing agreement),

  • payment operators.

 

Your personal data is processed by the Controller no longer than necessary to perform activities related to it as specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations). With regard to marketing data, it will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

 

You have the right to request from the Controller:

  • access to your personal data,

  • rectification,

  • erasure,

  • restriction of processing,

  • data portability.

 

You have the right to object to processing referred to in section 3.3

(c), i.e., processing of personal data based on the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling. However, the right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

 

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

 

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the use of the Website.

 

Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be applied to you for the purpose of providing services under a concluded agreement and for the Controller’s direct marketing.

 

Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we do not transfer it outside the European Union.

 

5. INFORMATION IN FORMS

The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data if provided.

 

The Website may record connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).

 

In some cases, the Website may store information facilitating the association of form data with the email address of the user completing the form. In such a case, the user’s email address may appear within the URL of the page containing the form.

 

Data provided in forms is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g., to process a service request, establish business contact, register services, etc. Each form clearly informs users of its purpose.

Information about user behavior on the Website may be logged. These data are used for the purpose of administering the Website.

 

7. ESSENTIAL MARKETING TECHNIQUES

The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The Operator does not provide personal data to this service provider, only anonymized information. The service uses cookies stored on the user’s device. Regarding information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, users may view and edit information derived from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/

 

The Operator uses the Facebook Pixel. This technology allows Facebook (Facebook Inc., USA) to know that a registered user is using the Website. In this case, Facebook acts as the data controller of its own data. The Operator does not provide any additional personal data to Facebook. The service uses cookies stored on the user’s device.
