How to help

Do you want to know how to react in situations of violence? Do you want to be able to help wisely, calmly, and safely? We will show you how to recognize signs of danger and properly support victims.

The training is intended for those who want to consciously respond to physical and psychological violence – at home, school, work, and in public spaces. Participants will learn about the mechanisms of violence, safe intervention techniques, and how to conduct a supportive conversation and when to inform the appropriate institutions.

Effective Sales Strategies

We utilize a tactical training system as the perfect foundation for team building.

We will teach you weapon handling and shooting principles: static, dynamic, and combat.

You will have the opportunity to use weapons from World War II, modern firearms, and those from conflicts in Vietnam, Iraq, etc.

Experienced instructors will show you and tell you about the secrets of special forces operations.

Safe school

The safety of children in the 21st century is particularly threatened.

The training aims to prepare children, adolescents, and adults for appropriate behavior in crisis situations, such as teenage aggression, hate speech, physical, psychological, and sexual violence, as well as substance abuse and the associated consequences. Participants will also learn how to respond in emergencies, such as accidents, loss of consciousness, fires, or terrorist attacks. They will gain both theoretical and practical knowledge that will enable them to respond appropriately in situations of real danger.
