The training "Conscious Financial Management" consists of practical sessions that teach how to account not only for money but also for time and the benefits of every decision made. Our goal is to raise awareness of how daily choices impact our finances and how to make them the foundation of personal financial success.

Analysis of Daily Financial Decisions

We will look at the decisions we make every day: is it more profitable to buy or rent? A new car or a used one? Is running your own business more beneficial than being employed?

Buy or Rent? - profitability analysis

Discover the key aspects of profitability when buying a car, analyzing rental and purchase of an apartment, and choosing payment methods — cash, installments, or leasing. Through practical exercises, you will learn to calculate costs and make the best financial decisions.

The Labor Market and Employment Forms

Learn about the advantages and disadvantages of different types of contracts: employment, task, work, and B2B. Understand the profitability aspects of employment for both employees and employers, the income differences under various contracts, especially before the age of 26, and key information about taxes and contributions. Prepare for financial negotiations and make informed career decisions.

Making Informed Financial Decisions 

Learn to assess the profitability of financial decisions through examples, avoid cognitive errors, and effectively compare loan and leasing offers, taking into account actual costs (APR). Workshops will demonstrate the consequences of good and bad financial decisions, providing practical tools for making them.

Financial Development and Future Planning

Discover effective saving methods, from small amounts to larger resources. Learn which 21st-century investments – gold, cryptocurrencies, or real estate – may be suitable for you. Gain knowledge about basic investment instruments such as deposits, bonds, or funds, and learn to build financial habits in a practical and sustainable way.

You will learn to plan savings for important goals, such as retirement or children's education, and avoid unnecessary expenses. You will discover practical tips on financial negotiations and investment optimization. Find out how to maintain motivation for saving and avoid the traps of excessive calculations.
