During the training, we will show you how to recognize and deal with negative influences, how to effectively avoid unnecessary conflicts, and how to create a space where you can grow and follow your values. With us, you will gain the "fishing rod" that allows you to catch your success, but most importantly — you will know how to use it.

Training Scope:

Who am I and what is important to me?

An introduction to the topic of authenticity and self-awareness. You will define your values, strengths, and weaknesses, which will define you as a person and allow you to set goals.

Building self-confidence and assertiveness:

Techniques for recognizing "energy vampires" and ways to avoid destructive relationships. You will learn how to build your self-worth and how it impacts the decisions you make.

Authenticity in relationships and communication:

You will learn how to authentically build relationships based on sincere and healthy connections. You will discover how to communicate effectively without making mistakes in understanding the message.

How to achieve success while being yourself?

Help in discovering your true desires and answering the questions: "What am I looking for?" and "How can I find it?" You will plan your goals and achieve balance by developing strategies for yourself.

The training "Development of the Authentic Self" is designed for anyone who wants to invest in themselves, better understand their strengths, and chart a life direction. We especially invite young people. This is the perfect program for those who want not only to find success but also to develop their "authentic self" and live according to their own values.
